This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in the GB / T 1. 1—2020 Directives forstandardization —Part 1: Rules for the structure and drafting of standardizing documents.This standard replaces the JT / T 155—2004 Automobile Lift in whole. In addition to a number ofeditorial changes, the following technical deviations have been made with respect to the JT / T 155—2004 Automobile lift (the previous edition).—Amended the scope (See Chapter 1 herein and Chapter 1 in 2004 version);—Amended the English name of the term “automotive lift” (See 3. 1 herein and 3. 1 in 2004version);
