This standard specifies general requirements of driving operation, and requirements of preparation before driving, safe operation during driving, emergency response, on-site handling of traffic accidents and inspection after return for road passenger and cargo transport drivers.This standard is applicable to the safe driving of road passenger and cargo transport drivers driving gasoline and diesel vehicles. Drivers of dangerous goods transport of the above-mentioned vehicles can also refer to this standard.
