Zhang Rongchen is a professor and Ph.D supervisor in the Party Strengthening Research Department of the Central Party School (National Academy of Governance). He has dedicated his academic career to studying the theory of Marxist parties and the development of the Communist Party of China (CPC), and is known for his in-depth study and expertise in the former and relevant classic works and documents. His teaching courses cover both areas.
