本书重点探究了“企业社交媒体(ESM)的使用如何影响员工和团队敏捷性”这一关键问题。为解决这一关键问题,本书立足于不同的研究层次,开展三个系列研究来深入揭示ESM使用对员工及团队敏捷性的影响机理“黑箱”。结果发现:员工工作与社交相关的ESM使用通过满足员工的三种基本心理需求,从而有助于提升员工敏捷性,而任务复杂性是重要边界条件;团队工作与社交相关的ESM使用通过促进团队的任务式共享心智模型和协作式共享心智模型的形成,从而进一步提升了团队敏捷性,而团队开放氛围是团队工作相关的ESM使用与两种共享心智模型关系间的重要边界条件;团队ESM使用通过促进团队凝聚力,从而对团队敏捷性与团队成员的个体敏捷性发挥着多层次的促进作用。本书研究拓展了ESM与敏捷性的现有研究,并为数字化时代下的企业敏捷性提升提供了指导。

祝梦忆,管理学博士,江西水利电力大学工商管理学院讲师,硕士生导师。在国内外高水平期刊发表论文10余篇,主持国家自然科学基金、江西省社会科学基金等省级以上课题多项;荣获江西省第二十一次社会科学优秀成果奖二等奖、中国工商联合会科学技术奖三等奖等。
