徐端颐，清华大学教授，历任清华大学微细工程研究所所长、光存储国家工程研究中心主任、国家重点基础研究973首席科学家、美国宾夕法尼亚大学等大学的兼职教授、国际光学光子学会资深委员。已出版光学存储国际技术会议论文集2本，英文专著2本，中文专著5本，在国内外刊物上发表论文4百余篇，拥有相关中国发明专利60余项，美国发明专利两项。
